New rack for the homelab! In it, we've got a Dell R730, a Dell R730XD, a KVM switch, and networing gear. The servers are connected over a 32Gbps backplane via SFP+.

Added backup internet service and a CB radio. Also moved the tower into a rack-mount chassis.
